Graduate Annual Research Discussions on Egypt and Nubia - GARDEN XI
On 14th of February 2026, the German Archaeological Institute in Cairo is hosting the international workshop “Graduate Annual Research Discussions on Egypt and Nubia XI" (short GARDEN), jointly organized by the German Archaeological Institute Cairo (DAIK), the Netherlands-Flemish Institute in Cairo (NVIC), the Cairo University and the American University in Cairo (AUC).
This workshop offers a unique and excellent opportunity for young researchers on MA and PhD level to present their research and to engage in stimulating discussions with the community of a broad scientific network in Cairo.
The workshop is divided into four sessions and complemented by a poster session in the garden of the DAIK.
