New lecture programme from the Istanbul department is online!

The excavation season is coming to an end, and winter is slowly approaching. So, now is the perfect time to start our evening lecture series for 2025/2026! As always, you can look forward to fascinating lectures on archaeology and building research.

The series begins on 30 October 2025 at 19:00 (!) (17:00 CET) with a lecture by Prof. D.Phil. John Ma (New York), as part of the ‘City and Micro-region in the Ancient Mediterranean (and Beyond)’ conference, on the topic 'On Micro-regionalism'.
