Unfailingly accessible knowledge

By virtue of its history and longstanding experience, the German Archaeological Institute offers access to a large number of facilities and an extensive, historically grown infrastructure for scientific work and archaeological research around the world. In addition to the libraries at the locations in Germany and abroad, archives and photo libraries as well as the editorial offices of the head office and the departments, researchers at the DAI have access to a modern, consistently growing research environment, including laboratories, collections, colleges, and not least the so-called iDAI.world.
