Instagram (dai_cairo) is a rather easy read. There, we post introductions to Egypt, Egyptological and archaeological work and information about our Institute. We also present objects discovered by our many missions and our research projects. This account is the perfect choice if you do not have a strong background in Egyptology, or if you like getting short impressions about our work.
Facebook (DAI Kairo - German Archaeological Institute Cairo) focuses more on our daily work. Although we also introduce past and ongoing projects, we keep you posted about upcoming events, our publications, and recent discoveries. We inform you further about our many e-resources and how to access and use them.
